COO 6.0

Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to theCOO 6.0 Client Referral Program. By submitting a referral, you agree to the following:

  1. Eligibility
  • The program is open to clients, business contacts, and external partners of COO 6.0.
  • Employees of the referred client company, employees of COO 6.0, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
  • This program is forclient referrals only. Candidate referrals will not be accepted.
  1. What qualifies as a referral
  • A referral must be an introduction to a client organisation not already known to COO 6.0.
  • The referral must be received before COO 6.0 has engaged directly with that client.
  • Only the first person to make a referral will be eligible for a reward in the event of duplicates.
  1. Reward
  • For each successful placement made with a referred client, the referrer will receive either:
    • £1,000 cash, or
    • £1,000 donation to a legitimate registered charity of their choice (UK or international).
  • COO 6.0 will provide confirmation and a receipt once a charity donation has been made.
  • One reward is paid per placement, not per client referred.
  1. Payment Conditions
  • Rewards are issued only after:
    • The placed candidate has passed their agreed probation period with the client, and
    • The related invoice has been paid in full by the client.
  • Payments will be made in GBP (£). International participants may be subject to currency conversion fees or charges, which are their responsibility.
  1. Tax
  • Cash rewards may be considered taxable income. Referrers are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due in their jurisdiction. COO 6.0 accepts no liability for tax obligations arising from this program.
  • Charity donations will be paid directly to the nominated registered charity. Where applicable, Gift Aid or similar tax relief will be handled in line with local regulations.
  1. Exclusions
  • Self-referrals are not permitted.
  • Referrals from employees of the hiring client organisation will not be eligible.
  • Referrals made after COO 6.0 has already established contact with the client will not be eligible.
  1. Data Protection
  • Referrers must have the referred person’s permission before sharing their name or contact details with COO 6.0.
  • Alternatively, referrers may provide COO 6.0’s contact details to the referred person and invite them to make direct contact.
  • Referrals should not include personal data of candidates. Only company-level client introductions are accepted.
  • Any personal data processed by COO 6.0 will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  1. General
  • COO 6.0 reserves the right to amend or withdraw this program at any time without notice.
  • In the event of any dispute, COO 6.0’s decision is final.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
